Shipping

 

Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.  If you have not received the order within 10 days please feel free to contact customer service at 215-413-1443.  We use the most affordable option to our customers, so please plan accordingly. If rush delivery is requested, please contact a customer service representative.  Orders will not be processed or delivered on the weekends or any Federal Holiday.

 

If your order arrives damaged please contact Customer Service, 215-413-1443 Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time or email info@citytavern.com as soon as possible. A replacement for the damaged merchandise will be sent immediately. We ask that you hold onto the damaged merchandise for two weeks. A shipper’s representative may want to inspect the damage.

 

International & Shipping


A customer service representative will contact you via phone or email within two business days to inform you of your shipping cost.

 

Returns Policy

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Returns must have receipt of purchase. (Shipping and personalized items are not refundable.) Concepts By Staib, Ltd. is not responsible for return shipping.

If requesting a refund, please allow 3 weeks from the time Concepts By Staib, Ltd. receives the package for a credit to be applied to your credit card.

 

Canceling or changing an order


If you need to cancel or make a change to your online order, please contact Customer Service at 215-413-1443 or info@citytavern.com. We can cancel or make a change to any order that has not been sent to the warehouse for packing.

 

Order Status

 

After you place your online order you will receive an automated email confirmation they we received your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Service to ensure we have your order. To check the status of your order, please contact Customer Service, 215-413-1443 ,  Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time or email info@citytavern.com

 

Payment options

 

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.

 

Pennsylvania State Sales Tax

 

In accordance with Pennsylvania State Sales Tax law, an 8% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will apply to all customers whose billing address is in Pennsylvania, and also to any order that is shipping to Pennsylvania. The Sales Tax may be in addition to the calculated amount shown in order checkout.

 

Personalized items

 

A few of our items can be personalized. If you would like Chef Walter Staib to personalize a cookbook when autographing it, please include the name or short message in the notes section. Please double check spelling and accuracy carefully to ensure the item is personalized correctly. Personalized items are non-returnable.
