Tableware

During the colonial period, the British government banned the export of tin, so new pewter could be made in the colonies, making it a precious and coveted metal. Pewter was in its height of popularity in the mid to late 18th century when it was a sign of wealth, yet it was practical.

Pewter is heat and cold safe.
